Show Ooey what you have.

Everything in one place, sorted by where you keep it: pantry, fridge, freezer, spice shelf, and more. Add best-by dates so Ooey can suggest recipes that help you use ingredients before they go to waste.

Three ways to set up your kitchen.

Start with whichever feels easiest for you.

Open camera

Take a picture of the food and spices in your kitchen. Confirm what Ooey found, then save. It’s that easy.

Scan barcode

Scan the barcode on anything packaged. Ooey suggests the name and size, so you don’t have to type them.

The camera view mid-scan: a hand holds a can of sweet corn up to the phone, its barcode framed by the viewfinder, under the prompt “Point at a product barcode”.

Add by hand

Prefer entering ingredients by hand? Fair enough. Type in what you’d like, and the camera and scanner are available when your fingers get tired.

FAQ

Is Ooey another recipe app?
No. Recipe apps hand you a dish and a shopping list to go with it. Ooey works the other way round — it starts from your kitchen and builds the recipe around what’s already there.
Can I use recipes outside of Ooey recommendations?
Absolutely. Import from social media, a website, a screenshot, or a photo of a handwritten family recipe. Write your own, too. It all lives together in your recipe book.
Can I add people to my Ooey household?
Yes. Invite people by email to join your household through the Settings in the Ooey app. You’ll share a kitchen and grocery list. Recipes stay personal to whoever saved them, but you can share any recipe as a card with the full ingredients list and instructions included.
Is Ooey free?
Yes. Ooey is free to use, no credit card required. Organize your kitchen, save recipes, build grocery lists, and discover what to cook. Free accounts get 3 AI recipe sessions a day.
What devices is Ooey available on?
Ooey is available on both iPhone and Android through the App Store and Google Play. On iPad, Ooey runs at iPhone size.
